RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Temperature-Sensitive Research Products

Many products supplied by BY Peptides are temperature-sensitive research materials. After delivery, we cannot independently verify the temperature, storage conditions, handling or possible contamination to which a product has been exposed.

For this reason, where permitted by applicable law, we do not accept change-of-mind returns for temperature-sensitive products, opened or unsealed products, products removed from their original packaging, or products whose storage integrity may have been compromised.

Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory rights available to the customer. Where a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right applies, BY Peptides will comply with the applicable legal requirements.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from its description, please contact us as soon as possible at info@bypeptides.co.uk.

To help us investigate promptly, please provide:

• Your order number

• Photographs of the external packaging

• Photographs of the product, vial and label

• The product batch or lot number

• A description of the problem

We may ask you to retain the original product and packaging while the claim is investigated. Please do not return any temperature-sensitive product without receiving return instructions from BY Peptides.

Available Remedies

After reviewing the circumstances, BY Peptides will provide an appropriate remedy where required, which may include a replacement, refund, partial refund or another remedy available under applicable law.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before processing or dispatch by contacting info@bypeptides.co.uk. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation might no longer be possible.

Storage After Delivery

Customers should collect delivered packages promptly and store all products in accordance with the conditions stated on the product label and accompanying documentation.
